Privacy policy
We only ask for what we need to plan your trip, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you send a quote request or a question through our website, we receive what you type into the form:
- your name, email address and, if you give it, phone or WhatsApp number
- your nationality, if you choose it (it affects visa and entry rules for China)
- your travel dates, destinations, the tour you're interested in and the number of adults, children and infants
- your message, and how you heard about us
If you email, WhatsApp, WeChat or call us instead, we receive what you send us there.
Why we use it
- to reply to you, prepare a quote and plan your tour
- to arrange your tour with our guides, drivers and the places you visit (only the details they need)
- to keep a record of your booking
We don't sell your details, and we don't use them for advertising.
Who helps us
A few service providers handle data on our behalf:
- Supabase stores our database, including inquiries and bookings.
- Vercel hosts this website.
- Resend delivers the email that tells Jenny a new inquiry has arrived.
These providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies and doesn't track you across other websites. Like any website, our host keeps basic technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run the site securely.
Your choices
You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them, unless we need to keep them for a booking. Just email jenny@jennyschinatours.com.
